CHURCH FINANCING

Ascend Stewardship & Counseling has worked with churches to obtain financing for projects for 25 years. During that time, we have financed over one billion in First Mortgage Financing.

With our experience in the ministry, we understand faith-based financing, and the difficulty churches have dealing directly with financial institutions. Many banks do not understand churches because churches are not typical profit-and-loss businesses. They choose not to finance faith-based projects, especially in major metropolitan areas.

We get past all of that. We can get you financed! We work with national financial companies and we can make it happen. We have obtained loans from $250,000 to $25 million.

We offer 10-year, 20-year, and 25-year fixed rates with interest rates of 3.8% and up. There is no pre-payment penalty.
